CEC: Cylinder End Caps

Kawartha Controls designs and manufactures tailor made Custom Hydraulic Cylinder End Caps with and without integrated directional control valves, counterbalance and other hydraulic cartridge valves. Our full 5 axis machining allows for all critical features to be machined in one setup not possible by other hydraulic companies. In addition, direct integration for Sun and Common Cavity Load PO Pilot operated checks, load control, over-center and counterbalance valves provide the ultimate in safety. Additional valving such as direction controls, reliefs and checks can be added. Circuit and Valving can be added to the point where P and T lines connect directly to the cylinder. Intermediate hydraulic components, required machine space and associated labor costs are dramatically reduced all while providing the ultimate in safety and clean installations.
